    You are a Genius! Works like a charm. Seeking the solution for this problem. I am using gnome-shell. IF there is some autohide option for the top bar then that is great.. Thanks for sharing this small tip.

    GIMP is never going to make it to the commercial world. Photoshop is just that much better and worth the price.

    Since I am still using Photoshop 7, perhaps it is time to turn to gimp because I think it is updated more regularly and its a free tool.
